What you'll do...

+ Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and hiring timelines.

+ Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies addressing critical talent gaps.

+ Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize sourcing approaches.

+ Guide hiring managers on candidate assessment frameworks and interview best practices.

+ Manage multiple projects using agile methodologies to deliver efficient recruitment solutions.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support workforce planning.

+ Continuously improve processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
