NBC News Digital is seeking an Sr. Analyst, Audience Growth to help drive incremental revenue and value to audiences across NBC News. This role will work under the Audience team and will be responsible for NBC News’ commerce brands, Shop TODAY and NBC Select — driving audience monetization through paid media strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of the affiliate commerce space, a high level of curiosity, and a desire to test new initiatives with little or no historical data. The ability to partner cross-functionally, innovate, and pivot in a high-performing team is a must.
Responsibilities:
+ Own paid media performance tracking in partnership with external vendors
+ Ability Own in-house affiliate and branded partnerships paid media campaigns
+ Support Audience team in technical integrations, including CRM, CAPI (Meta/Google), CDP (e.g. mParticle), MMP (e.g. Kochava), etc.
+ Manage paid media operations, including internal/external stakeholder management, reporting, content analysis, and ad creative quality assurance
+ Partner with manager on managing and optimizing a robust paid media budget
+ Foster strong relationships and trust across the Commerce and Digital team key stakeholders, including Editorial, Partnerships, Product, and Analytics
+ Partner with Commerce Editorial and Commerce Partnerships teams to operationalize campaigns that drive a positive ROI
+ Track and submit invoices from vendors
+ 3+ years of work experience in digital performance marketing or similar roles, ideally with a commerce publisher
+ Experience working within Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
+ Strong quantitative skills, including paid media forecasting and analysis
+ Understanding of affiliate marketing and e-commerce metrics
+ Ability to pivot and operate effectively in cross-functional organizations
+ Has their finger on the pulse across the commerce and media industry
+ Experience using AI in an enterprise environment is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000
