Atlantic Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Rehabilitation Aide to support the daily operations of our Atlantic Rehabilitation department in beautiful Byram, NJ. This entry-level position plays a vital role in assisting both staff and patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all who enter our care environment.

If you are interested in or are currently pursuing a career in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, this is a great opportunity to begin or continue your healthcare career in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physical, occupational, or speech therapists with non-clinical tasks

- Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment after use

- Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, restocking supplies, or data entry

- Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
