    + Serve as the Deputy Program Manager supporting the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise

    + Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program enabling ship and submarine maintenance across the U.S. Navy

    + Partner directly with Government leadership to plan, execute, and modernize enterprise IT capabilities supporting over 45,000 users worldwide

    + Play a key leadership role in overseeing multiple Major Task Areas, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and performance objectives are met

    + Influence strategic direction, risk management, and long-term roadmap decisions for a complex DoD enterprise system

    + Act as a trusted advisor and senior leader within the program, providing expertise across operations, technology, and governance

    Responsibilities** **:

    + Support and, as required, serve as the overall Program Manager for all Major Task Areas within the NMMES program

    + Supervise and direct individual project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure effective execution of the entire task order

    + Serve as the primary and official point of contact between the Government and contractor in the absence of the Program Manager

    + Lead program planning, execution, and integration activities across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and sustainment

    + Oversee cost, schedule, performance, and risk management in accordance with contract and Government expectations

    + Provide consultation and leadership on complex, high-visibility projects and initiatives

    + Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA policies, standards, and governance processes

    + Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and modernization initiatives across the program

    + Prepare and brief senior Government and contractor leadership on program status, risks, and recommendations

    + Foster collaboration across stakeholders, vendors, and external partners supporting NMMES

    Qualifications** **:

    _Required:_

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar)

    + Minimum of 12 years of experience within DoD and/or Navy programs, including large-scale enterprise IT systems

    + Minimum of 3 years of managerial or leadership experience, supervising teams and/or project leads

    + Extensive knowledge of program management principles, practices, and procedures within a DoD environment

    + Demonstrated ability to independently perform a wide variety of complex and high-impact tasks

    + Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and managing multiple concurrent efforts

    + Strong judgment and decision-making skills applied to complex programmatic challenges

    + Experience serving as a senior interface between Government stakeholders and contractor teams

    + Ability to plan, execute, and deliver against cost, schedule, and performance objectives

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing

    _Desired_** **:

    + Master’s degree in a related technical or management discipline

    + Experience supporting NAVSEA, shipyard, or maritime maintenance systems

    + Familiarity with cloud hosting environments, system integrations, and enterprise modernization efforts

    + PMP or equivalent program management certification

    + Prior experience serving as a Deputy Program Manager or Program Manager on a large DoD contract

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $95,500-$210,100
