+ Partner with business development, capture managers, and delivery leadership to balance innovation, risk, cost, schedule, and operational feasibility

+ Engage directly with DHS stakeholders to understand mission needs and clearly articulate solution value

+ Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption aligned to enterprise strategy and DHS priorities

+ Support program execution by guiding technical decisions, resolving complex issues, and mitigating technical risk

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

+ Ability to Obtain DHS EOD Public Trust Clearance

+ Bachelors (or equivalent) plus 15 years of experience. Equivalency includes AA + 17 total years of work experience, MA + 12 years of experience or 21 total years of work experience

+ Proven ability to design and lead large-scale, complex, multi-domain IT solutions from concept through execution

+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions, roadmaps, and trade-offs to executives, capture teams, and government stakeholders
