**Job Title:** Fulfillment Associate II
**Location:** Onsite
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday

About the Role:
The Fulfillment Associate II works in a fast-paced, team-driven office environment to process both digital and paper documents for our clients. This critical position ensures efficient flow of materials and products according to established guidelines, often operating material handling equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain consistent flow of materials and products within manufacturing/processing areas.
+ Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
+ Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, and filing at various jurisdictional levels.
+ Assist customers, team members, and vendors with order fulfillment, problem resolution, and training.
+ Understand and clearly explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements.
+ Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks per service level agreements.
+ Identify and communicate opportunities for process and customer experience improvement.
+ Support and foster teamwork to achieve individual and team goals.
+ Maintain high-quality, detailed work while meeting deadlines and productivity targets.
+ Occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs; overtime may be required.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree OR 1-2 years of equivalent experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
+ 2-4 years’ industry-related customer service experience preferred.
+ Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and internet research; strong data entry skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication.
+ Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as a team player.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
