    **Location:** Fort Washington, PA

    **Pay Rate:** $19.52/hr

    **Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm – 6:45am)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Learn to operate and monitor high-tech manufacturing equipment—full training provided!

    + Support production by helping set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines.

    + Work closely with experienced team members in maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering.

    + Keep accurate records, perform quality checks, and learn maintenance basics.

    + Be part of a supportive team where everyone works together.

    + Participate in ongoing training and mentorship so you can advance at your own pace.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 0–2 years of experience in any job (no manufacturing experience needed—we train you!)

    + Willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and be reliable on your shift

    + Team mindset — your positive attitude matters as much as your skills

    + Basic computer skills are a plus
