• Customer Service Representative

    Eaton Corporation (El Paso, TX)


    Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The position will be based at our facility in El Paso, Texas.

     

    In this position you will provide a single point of contact for commercial support to Sales Engineering and Product Lines. Additionally, you will interact frequently with Eaton's manufacturing team and warehouse.

     

    The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

    What you’ll do:

    + Fulfill order management related activities for Sales and PL.

    + Drive customer requests by delivering exceptional Customer Service.

    + Identify and implement processes or improvements to current processes as needed.

    + Follow up Change Management as needed.

    + Facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental.

    + Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail.

    + Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.

    + Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution.

    + Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow.

    + Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests.

    + Back Order and Back Log Analysis.

    + Maintain daily reports status and follow up.

    + Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Savings Rules, and daily 5S requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

    + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
