Note: Fully Remote – Live within 1 hour of the Monroeville office for occasional onsite technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist patients with billing and reimbursement navigation to ensure timely processing.
+ Build trust through meaningful and professional interactions.
+ Manage emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and urgency.
+ Accurately document all interactions in the appropriate Revenue Cycle system.
+ Review, follow up on, and resolve patient concerns.
+ Assess patient eligibility for payment plans.
+ Meet all call center standards for volume and quality.
+ Collaborate with internal departments using various technology tools.
+ Maintain an enthusiastic, caring, and professional presence on all calls.
Required Qualifications
+ **6** + months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections, or infusion services.
+ 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
+ Strong written and verbal customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Demonstrated empathy and ability to handle sensitive conversations.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 1 year of healthcare billing, collections, infusion services, or pharmacy reimbursement experience.
Education
+ Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
