We are hiring a Coordinator, Casting TV based out of the Paramount Pictures Studio Lot in Hollywood, CA. This on-site (5) day per week position is tasked with providing administrative support to (2) Casting Executives as well as administrative support for the entire Casting department, which includes organizing and tracking casting materials, coordinating auditions and callbacks, managing incoming resumes/applications, and tracking all related paperwork and contracts for Paramount Television Studios projects.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain organized and up-to-date character lists and audition files, ensuring all materials are properly labeled, archived, and accessible.
Log, track, and manage all actor submissions, audition tapes, and related digital assets to support casting decisions and project continuity.
Assist senior casting executives in drafting character breakdowns and casting briefs, contributing to the development of compelling and precise role descriptions.
Assist in the talent discovery process by researching, vetting, and recommending actors for various roles across development and production.
Coordinate logistics for casting calls, auditions, and callbacks, including scheduling, communication, and on-site support.
Manage incoming resumes, applications, and digital portfolios.
Organize weekly casting sessions, departmental meetings, and executive calendars.
Liaise with internal departments, talent agencies, and management companies to maintain accurate and current actor information.
Schedule appointments and casting sessions for senior casting executives, managing calendars and travel arrangements as needed.
Greet and host visitors including actors, producers, and executives with professionalism and hospitality.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the casting departments workflow and priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum 2 years experience in Casting.
Desired Skills:
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks with ease and confidence
Excellent phone manner
Comfortable with computers and willingness to learn new software, as needed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 65,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
