The Director, Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in using various recruiting strategies and deploying TA services for the Manufacturing/Operations/QARA team and the Science/Technology team. You’ll design and implement strategies to create a diverse talent pipeline, lead a recruiting deployment team, and advise clients to fulfill the business recruiting needs.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, America’s Talent Acquisition and is part of the Talent Acquisition organization. This role will be fully remote, based in the US.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Align and execute recruiting strategy for the Manufacturing/Operations/QARA team and the Science/Technology team (approximately 10 recruiters), including attraction, sourcing, and pipelining critical talent to drive an effective service-delivery model; support restructuring, growth, and M&A activities.
+ Manage resource allocation in the form of headcount and recruiter capacity, to ensure requisition loads are adequately balanced and leverage external partners (RPO) as necessary with an effective balance to cost and organizational objectives
+ Drive operational excellence through Danaher Business System utilization to improve team performance and processes.
+ Utilize data-driven solutions to lead recruiting strategies by consistently analyzing funnel data, identifing gaps, and implementing action plans to drive improvement in overall performance and leveraging partnerships and campaigns.
+ Coach and develop team members to build a top talent organization, oversee onboarding, and complete people management tasks (performance management, development activities, compensation planning etc.).
+ Collaborate with Talent Management and HR on pipeline growth and strategic initiatives.
+ Act as TA Business Partner to the business with service-delivery mindset stakeholder engagement, consulting with leaders on demand, sharing talent trends, navigating escalation concerns effectively, and providing performance insights.
+ Champion technology and change management activities to ensure adoption of new technologies, process and operational changes in order to drive efficiency and associate buy-in for effective organization development
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years leading teams, ideally including people leaders; proven success scaling talent teams preferred.
+ End-to-end recruitment experience in high-volume, large-scale and/or multi-site, complex matrixed global businesses.
+ Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to inspire and develop teams.
+ Expertise in continuous improvement culture, applying proven methodologies to drive results. Data-driven strategist, skilled at using insights to design recruiting solutions and meet demand.
+ Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance for North America.
+ Agile and pragmatic, able to shift between strategic and tactical levels, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders in a global matrix.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel up to 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 – $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
