Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and positive Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are consistent in their approach, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment. No prior sales experience or bachelor’s degree is required—just a willingness to learn and a great attitude!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Promote and sell insurance products such as auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance.

+ Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods including referrals, marketing, and networking.

+ Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

+ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.

+ Educate clients on coverage options, benefits, and limitations of insurance products.

+ Prepare and process insurance applications and related paperwork.

+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.

+ Comply with company policies and insurance regulations.

+ Work closely with the insurance agent and other team members to meet sales goals.

+ Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and industry trends.

+ Assist in organizing and participating in community events and marketing activities to promote services.

+ Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish

+ Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

+ Reliable and consistent work ethic

+ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
