Our Material Handler role at Hologic is perfect if you’ve worked in a warehouse, like staying active, and enjoy keeping things organized. You’ll help make sure the right service parts get to the right place, at the right time, so our teams can support patients and customers quickly. You’ll handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties in a clean, safety-focused environment where your work really matters.
Key Outcomes:
+ Receive and check incoming products against purchase or transfer orders, then enter them into our system.
+ Store materials in the right locations so items are easy to find and counted correctly.
+ Pick, stage, and verify outgoing shipments to make sure orders are complete and accurate.
+ Perform regular inventory checks and keep data updated so counts are correct.
+ Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while using equipment like forklifts and scales.

You’re comfortable asking questions, speaking up about safety, and working with a team that depends on each other. If you enjoy moving with purpose, solving small problems on the spot, and hate messy shelves, you’ll fit right in.
Additional qualifications and information:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or shipper/receiver role preferred.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Basic knowledge of ERP systems (inventory or order entry software).
+ General understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and stockroom work.
+ Organized, detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
+ Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
Physical Demands:
+ Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
+ Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
+ Must wear safety shoes; work may involve exposure to mechanical parts, vibration, noise, and some chemicals.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $40,300 – $60,400 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
