POSITION OVERVIEW
The EAB Navigate Administrator manages the technical implementation of the EAB Navigate platform at John Jay College. They will be a key member of the Student Success Data Team with the primary responsibility of maintaining and optimizing the EAB Navigate platform to advance coordinated care, support strategic reenrollment efforts, and enable milestone tracking for the Undergraduate Foundations (UGF) program. This role bridges technical system expertise with student success strategy to ensure data-driven practices are implemented across Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, and Student Affairs teams to enhance the student experience and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Navigate 360 Platform Setup and Management
+ Serve as the primary system administrator for EAB Navigate, managing configuration, user access, data integrations, and platform optimization.
+ Implement and manage platform features such as campaigns, appointment scheduling, case management, alerts, and referrals to support coordinated care.
+ Configure and maintain student groups, tags, and categories within Navigate to ensure that targeted content and Journeys are delivered to the right students based on academic progress and risk profiles.
+ Ensure timely and accurate data exchange between Navigate and other campus systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, CRM, Signal Vine)
Coordinated Care and Workflow Development
+ Build and maintain case management workflows connecting advising, coaching, faculty, and student support services.
+ Create templates and campaigns that align with predictive risk models and reenrollment priorities.
+ Configure and manage automated messaging workflows and appointment campaigns within Navigate360 to support key student success initiatives, including reenrollment, advising engagement and the achievement of UGF milestones.
Collaboration and Feedback
+ Work with the Navigate User Support Specialist to ensure Navigate Journeys and Student App content are supported by accurate platform configuration.
+ Collaborate with the Assistant Director to operationalize predictive analytics through campaigns and workflows.
+ Support development of administrative user training and contribute to system enhancements based on user feedback and data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and four years' relevant experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Master’s degree in education, student affairs, or data analytics.
+ Demonstrated experience with designing and monitoring Navigate Journeys, milestone frameworks, and cross-divisional campaigns.
+ Familiarity with case management models and advising workflows in higher education settings.

Participates in the daily coordination of academic and administrative activities of a College's specialized academic program under management direction.
- Supports program development, student service delivery, outcome evaluation and instructor/student recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
- Recommends, implements and evaluates strategies to expand program offerings
- Prepares analytical and statistical reports for management
- Develops and maintains relationships with various College offices to improve student and faculty services
- Serves as resource expert regarding program policies and procedures
- Oversees office recordkeeping; manages updates of program web and print materials
- May supervise office operations and/or department budget
- Performs related duties as assigned.
