Make an Impact as a Leader on our Production Team at Honey Baked Ham LLC in Holland, Ohio.
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on **Processing Supervisor** to lead day-to-day operations at our Honey Baked Ham Holland facility. If you’re passionate about food safety, team leadership, and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to take charge of a fast-paced department and make a real difference in quality and performance.
What You’ll Do:
+ Oversee all phases of protein processing and ensure materials flow efficiently throughout the facility
+ Lead, plan, and organize the daily workflow of the processing room
+ Supervise a seasonal team of 50+ associates with support from 2 full-time Process Leads
+ Monitor and report on quality, production efficiency, and compliance with USDA and HACCP standards
+ Train and coach employees to maintain high performance and safety standards
+ Ensure timely and accurate reporting (Process, Inventory, QA) at the end of each shift
+ Manage team schedules, attendance, and break rotations
Who You Are:
+ A natural leader with 2+ years of supervisory experience
+ Have the flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift hours during peak season
+ Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with changing seasonal needs
+ Knowledgeable in food processing, HACCP guidelines, and USDA compliance
+ Forklift certified (or willing to become certified)
+ Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems
+ Able to work in climate-controlled areas and freezers; ability to lift up to 65 lbs; and spend most of the shift on your feet
