    Job Description:

    Client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production of aircraft transparency products within the NTD division.

     

    * This role is responsible for translating final engineering designs into executable manufacturing processes and work instructions for the shop floor.

    * The Manufacturing Engineer will define process steps, tooling needs, safety considerations, inspection points, and quality requirements to ensure compliant, repeatable production of acrylic window and canopy systems.

    * The role requires close collaboration with Design, M&P, Project, and Quality teams, as well as hands-on interaction with production personnel.

    * Candidates must be comfortable supporting regulated aerospace manufacturing environments, resolving shop-floor issues, and continuously improving processes.

    * Experience with acrylic forming, machining, bonding, curing, and inspection is a strong plus but not required.

    Software/Tools Used:

    * PLM/MES systems

    * Manufacturing process documentation tools

    * Work instruction and routing development systems

    * Engineering drawings and specifications
