We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions. In this role, you will partner with analytics, design, engineering, and user enablement teams to ensure business needs are translated into actionable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple programs.

•Coordinate and track deliverables, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams.

•Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

•Prepare presentations to leadership to support decision-making.

•Manage resourcing needs for programs, aligning talent with priorities.

•Serve as liaison between program managers and resourcing teams to ensure alignment.

•Support tool-related activities, including portal access, update configuration logic, and manage tool-related activities.

•Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve escalations.

•Update SOPs and documentation as needed.

•Perform UAT testing before business before deployment.

•Configure codes for BMC Remedy/TTS and manage ticket routing.

•Assess platform impact for design changes and provide recommendations.

What you must have to be considered:

•2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a project management/technical support.

•Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Proficient in MS Office Suites.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This will help you stand out:

•Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
