    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operations support sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the technology group supporting P&C operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager

    **Location:** Remote (with a preference for local candidates in Burbank, CA, or New York, NY; hybrid work arrangement preferred—3 days on-site)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practices

    + Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements

    + Translate requirements into actionable user stories and drive configuration of HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events

    + Oversee backlog prioritization, UAT, release planning, and measure success through KPIs like adoption, resolution time, and employee satisfaction

    + Manage complex enterprise-wide projects, including highly visible enterprise search programs, ensuring successful delivery

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD

    + 8+ years of program management experience

    + Product management experience of at least 3 years

    + Experience with data privacy and data governance

    + Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to gather requirements across multiple business levels
