    Our client, a food supplier, is seeking a Receiving Specialist to join their team. As a Receiving Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Receiving Specialist

    **Location:** Elmsford, NY

    **Pay Range:** $24

    **Shift:** 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

    Must be open to Overtime as required

    **Opportunity:** Temp-Perm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage incoming shipments by verifying deliveries against purchase orders

    + Unload trucks and organize stock in designated warehouse areas

    + Update inventory records accurately using computer systems

    + Process delivery paperwork, including returns and discrepancies

    + Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding shipment status

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3 years + Receiving experience

    + Ability to lift and handle physical loads safely-Heavy Lifting

    + Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping

    + Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

    + Screenings required if selected

    + Pallet Jack experience
