Our client, a leader in commercial facility management, is seeking a Mobile Plumber to join their team. As a Mobile Plumber, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Mobile Plumber

**Location:** Dallas, TX

**Pay Range:** $31

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the daily operation of water and sewerage systems at various facilities.

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems of varying conditions.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics to ensure proper installation and repairs.

+ Interact with clients and maintenance staff to determine the best approach for completing assignments safely and efficiently.

+ Complete documentation accurately and in real-time within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Valid driver’s license required.

+ Journeyman’s certification or state license in plumbing is required.

+ Backflow certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.

+ Knowledge of OSHA standards and local plumbing codes.
