Our client, a property management organization specializing in mobile home communities, is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Level 2 Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Level 2 Maintenance Technician

**Location:** New Brighton, MN

**Pay Range:** $21-$23.50 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

+ Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing or replacing faucets and toilets, diagnosing water leaks, and operating sewer cleanout equipment.

+ Handle electrical tasks including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and understanding electrical components like breakers and fuses.

+ Maintain the curb appeal of the community by trash pickup, groundskeeping, lawn mowing, planting flowers, and weeding.

+ Complete clean outs of homes and finish work orders efficiently and accurately.

+ Read water meters for each home and conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies.

What's Needed?

+ 2-3 years of experience in general labor, groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance.

+ 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.

+ Ability to be physically active, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

+ Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.

+ Willingness to learn and use technology in a basic capacity, and a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle on-site.
