Position Title: Site Lead
Duration: 12+ months with high possibilities of extension
Job Description:
The Site Lead will oversee on-site operations for a video engineering data collection project in San Diego, CA and other client locations, potentially Culver City, CA. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure high-quality data collection and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution of data collection activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the vendor team and the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for study operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, including the use of checklists and calibration procedures.
• Facilitate communication and report findings to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve hardware and software issues using troubleshooting techniques, escalating to the DRI when necessary.
• Oversee on-site logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in video engineering and data collection processes.
• Familiarity with Apple devices and software for Mac and iOS platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing on-site teams and ensuring compliance with quality and security standards.
