    Our client, a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking a Data Analyst Level 2 to join their team. As a Data Analyst Level 2, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the In-Stock project team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Analyst Level 2

    **Location:** Cincinnati, OH, 100% Onsite

     

    Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr. W2

    What's the Job?

     

    + Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

    + Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.

    + Standardize and improve data processes, quality, and automation efforts.

    + Participate in all phases of system testing and Agile project activities to ensure successful implementation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.

    + Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly and effectively.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
