Blender (Gas Turbine Parts) – Day Shift

Shift:** **Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM

Pay:** **$18.50 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Essential Job Functions

+ Blending, smoothing, and deburring surfaces

+ Performing assembly, disassembly, blasting, and cleaning operations on gas turbine parts

+ Following work instructions to meet customer requirements

+ Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications

+ Preparing parts for welding and/or machining per written specifications

+ Setting up and operating equipment for blending and deburring

+ Selecting appropriate abrasive belts, wheels, and disks

+ Inspecting parts to verify conformance to specifications

+ Completing required paperwork and digital documentation

+ Performing preventive maintenance on equipment within the scope of the role

+ Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum of **3 years of blending and deburring experience**

+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documentation

+ Strong attention to detail and precision hand skills

+ Ability to lift up to **50 lbs**

Preferred Qualifications

+ Auto body or similar hands-on mechanical experience

+ Technical aptitude with a desire to learn new skills

+ Experience working with precision parts and tight tolerances
