    Our client, a leading organization in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a Process Engineering Advisor: II to join their team. As a Process Engineering Advisor: II, you will be part of the Process Safety Department supporting safety excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical expertise in process safety, and a proactive approach to safety culture development, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Process Engineering Advisor: II

    **Location:** Sabine Pass, Texas

     

    Pay: $95 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Champion and lead process safety excellence across operations to embed a robust safety culture.

    + Perform risk assessments, HAZOPs, and process safety studies to identify and mitigate hazards.

    + Develop and deliver targeted safety training programs for field personnel and management.

    + Conduct structured risk analysis and support leadership coaching on safety best practices.

    + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and compliance.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent).

    + Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in process safety.

    + Knowledge of petrochemical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    + Preferred experience with consequence modeling tools such as Phast.

    + Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent communication and leadership skills.
