Assistant Machine Operators - All Shifts are Available

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts / 8, 10, & 12 hour shifts are available

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Appleton, WI is seeking a number of dedicated Assistant Machine Operators to join their dynamic team. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assistant Machine Operators

**Location:** Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour

**Shift:** Multiple shifts are available / NO ROTATING SHIFTS

What's the Job?

+ Assist the Operator in ensuring production timelines are met efficiently and safely.

+ Help with the setup and operation of machinery, including sheeters, packagers, and rewinder helpers.

+ Open rolls and stage products for production, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.

+ Load and unload machines.

+ Wrap finished products and stage them in designated areas for shipment or storage.

+ Ensure quality of products.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided.

+ Ability to read and understand internal job tickets and complete required paperwork accurately.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

+ Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.

+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including long hours as needed.
