• 2nd Shift Plant Maintenance Superintendent

    Salary: $87k-$130k DOE

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Rotating weekends

    Position Summary

    The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance strategy, people, and systems to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations and Engineering to support production goals, improve asset reliability, and maintain a safe, efficient facility.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and teams to ensure consistent, safe execution of work

    + Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime

    + Implement and sustain best-in-class maintenance systems including TPM, RCM, and root cause analysis

    + Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to support production needs

    + Serve as escalation point for complex equipment and process issues

    + Partner with Engineering to optimize equipment reliability and long-term asset performance

    + Track and analyze maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, PM compliance, and reliability metrics

    + Use data to drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives

    + Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements

    + Provide leadership coverage during off-hours or critical operational events as needed

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Experience leading maintenance teams or supervisors in a manufacturing environment

    + Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge including PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial equipment

    + Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs

    + Working knowledge of TPM, RCM, and work order management systems

    + Proficiency with CMMS systems, SAP PM preferred

    + Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

    + Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

    **Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
