    Adecco is Hiring – Injection Molding Operator

    **Location:** Monroe, NC

    **Pay Rate:** $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule

     

    Adecco is hiring **Injection Molding Operators** in Monroe, NC! In this role, you’ll operate molding machines, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet production and safety standards.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor injection molding machines per SOPs and training

    + Perform and document quality checks (IPC)

    + Follow production orders and ensure accurate labeling and packaging

    + Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work area

    + Communicate issues promptly to minimize downtime

    + Assist team members to ensure quality and safety standards are met

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours

    + Strong attention to detail for quality inspections

    + Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
