Job Description:

The Nurse Residency Program offers a structured and supportive environment for new nurses to develop their skills and transition smoothly into their professional careers. The program coincides with the unit you are hired into.

Education Qualifications:

Overview:

+ **Target audience:** _We are now accepting applications for May 2026 New Grads!_ If you have already graduated, you are encouraged to look at openings on our careers page. If you are hired, we will enroll you in the Nurse Residency Program.

+ **Goal:** To support new graduate nurses in their transition from novice nurse to competent nurse through professional development.

+ **Length:** 1 year program

+ **Shifts:** Typically 0.7-0.8 FTE working Day/Night (some 12-hour shifts or D/E availability), but openings vary

Eligibility:

+ Current nursing student graduating in May or August 2026

Required Qualifications:

+ Nursing license in state of employment.

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

+ RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 for ADNs and up to $10,000 for BSNs

+ NCLEX Prep Course available upon hire

+ Starting wage: $43.30 for ADN/$44.30 for BSN
