Adecco is hiring immediately for a Shipping & Receiving Associate with a local client in Cary, NC! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
+ **Contract Type:** Temporary
+ **Pay:** $20.43 per hour
+ **Shift/Hours:** Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotational Schedule)
Essential Duties:
+ Inspect incoming freight/packages for defects or damage and report promptly.
+ Verify details of incoming materials; record shortages and discrepancies.
+ Tag, stage, and palletize raw materials upon receipt.
+ Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List) and ensure accuracy.
+ Load/unload trucks and handle materials within the receiving department.
+ Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
+ Utilize shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
+ Maintain accurate records in MIS for all shipping and receiving activities.
At a minimum, you’ll need:
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.
+ Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email) and familiarity with MIS systems.
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Ability to stand for long periods.

**Pay Details:** $20.43 per hour
