**Location:** New York, NY (Onsite)
**Position Type:** Full-Time
About the Role
A well-established financial services organization is seeking a **Human Resources Associate** to join its Human Resources team in New York, NY.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Support one primary HR functional area (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, or compliance) based on departmental needs
+ Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and agency interaction, as assigned
+ Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records in partnership with Payroll and internal stakeholders
+ Support employee separations, including documentation, notifications, and exit interview coordination, as applicable
+ Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws; escalate compliance concerns as needed
+ Participate in HR projects, audits, and operational initiatives to support department and organizational objectives
Qualifications include but not limited to:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or related field preferred
+ 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
Compensation
+ **Salary Range:** $42,000 – $90,000 annually
