Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for a Kitchen Manager/Chef position in beautiful Lake Almanor, Ca. Looking for Kitchen Manager/Chef that loves managing a fast paced and exciting restaurant in a beautiful resort setting. This position is seasonal, going May through late October.If you meet the qualifications listed below, PLEASE APPLY NOW!

Responsibilities for this Kitchen Manager/Chef position include:

+ Assist with menu creation

+ Inventory Management

+ Back of the House operations

+ Manage a team of up to 20

Qualifications for this Kitchen Manager/Chef position include:

+ Food Handling Card

+ At least 5 years experience as cook/chef/sous chef

+ At least 2 years management experience

+ Microsoft Excel

+ POS systems

+ Experience with restaurant/food costing software a plus

Pay is $28-40/hour, DOE.
