**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is hiring a **Laboratory Technician** for a **notable pharmaceutical company** . This role supports laboratory-scale sample generation, testing, and evaluation for customer-driven technical programs, process and product research, and manufacturing support. The Laboratory Technician will provide accurate, timely data to support technical decision-making and product quality.
**Pay** : Up to 23.8/hr depending on education and relevant experience level
Key Responsibilities
+ Generate and/or evaluate lab-scale samples to support customer technical programs, process and product research initiatives, and manufacturing operations.
+ Perform routine testing and property evaluations, providing clear and relevant data for downstream decisions.
+ Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory and production-related equipment, including support for equipment scale-up activities.
+ Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, including logs, notebooks, and electronic records, in accordance with established procedures.
+ Conduct internet-based and literature research as needed to support problem-solving and technical investigations.
+ Perform stoichiometric calculations for production using computer programs and/or manual calculations.
+ Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Responsible Care guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
+ Manage multiple tasks effectively while working with more than one technical supervisor.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, research, and other technical teams.
+ Interface directly with customers when required and deliver timely, high-quality results to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of relevant laboratory or technical experience
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.80 per hour
