Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. This is a contract position requiring part-time availability, primarily on weekends. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure prompt and accurate assistance.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Process orders and manage data entry tasks effectively using provided systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

• Utilize a laptop to perform job-related duties, including accessing and updating customer records.

• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding products, services, and policies.

• Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and improve service quality.

• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain consistency in service delivery. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong skills in order entry and data management.

• Ability to effectively use a laptop and navigate software systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work part-time, including Fridays through Sundays.
