Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract to permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to procurement and contract management. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy in tracking and renewing contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze contract tracking systems to determine remaining capacity and upcoming expiration dates.

• Prepare and issue template letters for contract extensions in a timely manner.

• Review existing contracts to identify renewal opportunities and ensure compliance.

• Conduct detailed analysis of contract data to support decision-making processes.

• Manage and update contract-related information within tracking databases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address contract modifications and pricing adjustments.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of contract records for future reference.

• Support procurement activities by maintaining organized and accurate contract data.

• Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

• Assist in ensuring smooth transitions during contract updates or renewals.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in contract tracking systems and database management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze contract data.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with contract renewals, modifications, and pricing structures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of procurement processes is a plus.
