    Accounting Manager

     

    Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to take ownership of critical financial operations in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to lead management company accounting and drive process improvements for a growing, innovative organization.

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements with accuracy and rigor.

    + Manage cash operations, payments, distributions, and general ledger for the management company.

    + Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and 401(k) administration.

    + Partner with tax and compliance teams to ensure smooth filings and processes.

    + Drive budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements, including automation and system enhancements.

    + Strengthen internal controls and support fund accounting operations.

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master’s preferred).

    + 6+ years of experience in public/private accounting or fund administration.

    + Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and process-oriented.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.

    + High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to integrity.
