Description

Our client is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Analyst to join their growing team in Austin. This position offers the chance to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and forward-looking analysis. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are achieved and business performance stays on track.

What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly performance reviews and ad hoc analysis.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning by consolidating data and validating assumptions.

+ Build dashboards and visual tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive) to make complex data accessible for stakeholders.

+ Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, monitor trends, and identify risks or opportunities.

+ Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

+ Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting and planning processes.

+ Provide actionable insights that drive transparency and informed decision-making at all levels.

Requirements

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

+ Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

+ Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

+ Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification a plus.
