Description We are looking for a Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Roseville, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse civil litigation cases, including construction defect, real estate, business disputes, medical malpractice, and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with experienced partners and gradually transition into independent case management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from initiation to trial, including drafting pleadings and motions.

• Conduct discovery processes such as depositions and document reviews.

• Appear in court to represent clients in hearings and trials.

• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation matters.

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.

• Attend site inspections and other field activities as required.

• Perform legal research and prepare briefs with precision and attention to detail.

• Ensure timely reporting and updates to stakeholders on case progress.

• Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case.

• Participate in mentorship opportunities to refine writing and case management skills. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation.

• Proficiency in case management software and document management tools.

• Strong skills in conducting discovery and depositions.

• Ability to draft and review legal pleadings and motions.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and legal teams.

• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and trial preparation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Commitment to continuous growth and development with attention to detail.
