Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes with precision and ensure compliance. If you have a proven track record in handling payroll and expertise in ADP Workforce Now, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations efficiently and resolve any system-related issues.

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to address payroll discrepancies and improve workflows.

• Prepare and submit tax filings and other required reports in accordance with federal and state laws.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions with professionalism.

• Conduct audits of payroll data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards in all payroll processes.

• Generate detailed payroll reports and summaries for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of payroll data.

• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, including tax laws.

• Excellent communication skills to address employee questions and collaborate with internal teams.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll information.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
