Description We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network systems, including Cisco routers and switches.

• Configure and monitor Palo Alto firewalls to ensure robust security measures.

• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ASA devices to maintain seamless network operations.

• Administer and optimize Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configurations for efficient routing.

• Conduct periodic network performance assessments and apply necessary improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related issues and enhance overall system reliability.

• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and protocols.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all network components.

• Provide technical support and guidance for network-related challenges.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Requirements • Proven experience working with Cisco routers and switches.

• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewall configuration and management.

• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ASA devices and troubleshooting.

• In-depth understanding of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and its implementation.

• Ability to analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
