Description

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will manage Plaintiff's cases from initial client intake through settlement, ensuring every step of the process is handled with professionalism and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. This is an in-office role starting asap.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client intake and gather essential case details for initial evaluation.

• Manage pre-litigation case processes from start to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all steps.

• Prepare and organize discovery documents, including interrogatories and requests for production.

• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure they are informed and supported throughout their cases.

• Utilize case management software to maintain accurate case records and monitor deadlines.

• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare case strategies and settlement negotiations.

• Coordinate with medical providers and other professionals to obtain necessary documentation for cases.

• Draft correspondence and legal documents related to personal injury claims.

• Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case development.

• Maintain thorough documentation of case progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience as an Arizona personal injury pre-litigation paralegal.

• Proficiency in case management software and legal documentation tools.

• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and third parties.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with personal injury law and plaintiffs’ legal processes.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
