    Job Title: Server Process EngineerJob Description

     

    The Server Manufacturing Engineer will lead and optimize server production operations, ensuring high-quality output and process efficiency. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing processes, collaborating with suppliers, managing documentation and compliance, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership in cross-functional projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, validate, and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures.

    + Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

    + Work with contract manufacturers and suppliers for custom parts and processes.

    + Manage documentation such as BOMs, control plans, and work instructions ensuring regulatory compliance.

    + Conduct DFM reviews, risk evaluation, and develop mitigation strategies.

    + Drive continuous improvement and analyze production performance while providing technical support.

    + Lead projects, manage deadlines and budgets, and coordinate cross-geo teams.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

    + Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Manufacturing Systems, and data analysis tools.

    + Experience in process engineering, BOM, and test fixture development.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.

    + Leadership experience in cross-geo projects.

    + Knowledge of Linux systems and server hardware.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $118400.00/yr.

     

    Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett,NC.
