    Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team in the plastics industry, supporting food and beverage packaging production. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of extrusion and forming machines, palletizers, and facilities through both reactive and preventative maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance activities on extrusion and forming machines and palletizers.

    + Support facilities maintenance.

    + Execute both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    Essential Skills

    + 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in electrical systems including sensors, relays, conduits, wiring, and electrical boxes.

    + Experience with mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and motors.

    + Preventative maintenance experience, including lubrications, oil changes, and bearings maintenance.

    + Possess basic hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

    + Experience with robotics.

    + Experience in the plastics industry.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, upward mobility-friendly environment. While hearing protection is required, the noise levels are manageable. The facility has a slight plastic smell, which is easy to acclimate to. **Shift hours are 7 PM to 7 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, with a .75 shift premium. PPE, including steel toes and beard and hair nets, are required.**

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
