Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a vital role in the production of small metal parts for vehicles. You will work with large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines to meet production goals. This position requires a flexible and proactive approach as duties may vary based on production needs.

Responsibilities

+ Move materials around the facility efficiently.

+ Maintain communication and organization within the team.

+ Lift and manually handle materials averaging 50 lbs.

+ Move at least 1000 totes per day.

+ Transport parts between different totes for organization.

+ Perform repetitive, non-stationary tasks.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met.

+ Handle materials, order picking, inventory control, loading, and unloading.

+ Utilize pallet jacks for transporting units.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.

+ Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.

+ Experience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency in using carts or pallet jacks to transport units.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a production facility or warehouse.

+ Ability to lift over head repeatedly.

+ Comfort with manual labor.

+ Proficiency in interpreting and understanding work instructions and completing necessary paperwork.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with fans to keep the facility cool. Be prepared to stand on your feet all day for 8-10 hour shifts. While you will have your own station, you will always be working as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.54/hr.
