Responsibilities
+ Commercial retail projects
+ You will gain experience across project phases from conception to completion, including producing construction documents and engaging in design, construction administration, and project management.
+ Coordination with consulting engineers is also a key aspect of this role.
+ Review and analyze work requirements to efficiently use resources and avoid conflicts.
+ Adhere to schedules and directions from project leaders.
+ Maintain a list of project-related questions for review with project leads.
+ Complete drafting assignments with technical skill, accuracy, and speed.
+ Collaborate with internal departments and teams as directed.
+ Utilize CADD skills and 3D rendering programs like Photoshop for project development.
+ Ensure quality assurance by following office standards for production drawings and checking work for errors.
+ Communicate questions, problems, and changes to project leads and team members.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Architecture.
+ 1-3 years of experience in an architectural firm, preferably with retail or commercial projects.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
+ Revit experience is a plus
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $31.25/hr.
