    Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in Lakeland, FL. This role requires a commitment to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The position involves various tasks essential to the smooth operation of our facility, including material handling, packing, and maintaining a clean workspace.

    Responsibilities

    + Lift materials up to 40 pounds.

    + Clean and organize workspaces, ensuring leftover materials are disposed of properly.

    + Sort and organize materials in the warehouse.

    + Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.

    + Pack items into boxes or onto shelves.

    + Collaborate with team members and management to allocate daily tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in material handling.

    + Janitorial or housekeeping experience.

    + General labor and production experience.

    + Warehouse associate experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Punctuality and regular attendance are mandatory.

    + Good tenure history is preferred.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is non-climate controlled. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, and glasses will be provided. Appropriate work attire includes work pants and a suitable shirt.

    This is a Contract position based out of Lakeland, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
