General Production Worker

**Location:** Colorado Springs, CO

**Pay:** $25.00/hour

**Schedule:** 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday) plus overtime

Job Description

**We are seeking a reliable General Production Worker** to join our team in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of our plant by ensuring all areas are clean and tools are properly maintained.

Responsibilities:

+ Keep plant areas clean and swept

+ Clean all pans and tools used in production

+ Perform general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

+ Experience with general labor, production, and cleaning

+ Ability to lift and stand for extended periods

+ Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

+ Positive attitude and self-starter mentality

Work Environment:

This position is in a precast cement manufacturing facility. You will be required to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a dynamic environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $25.00/hr.
