    A Snapshot of Your Day(position overview)

     

    Manage a team of Client Service Managers to

    ensure quotes and job execution are in accordance with company guidelines and

    customer requirements. Team supports operations and project execution in the

    service center. Equipment serviced includes steam turbines, centrifugal and

    reciprocating compressors, safety valves, and other related turbomachinery

    equipment. Customers include oil refineries, petrochemical plants, power

    plants, universities and hospitals. Work alongside shop supervisors, shop

    leadmen, repair engineers, and Service Center manager.

    How You’ll Make anImpact (responsibilities)

    + Leadand manage Service Center team to ensure quotes, job execution, andcustomer requirements are met.

    + Overseedaily operations and contractual responsibilities, including scope,schedule, cost, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

    + Developand train team members, providing guidance and clear work instructionsaligned with technical and factory specifications.

    + Serveas primary client contact, interpreting maintenance/repair specifications,resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    + Monitorand improve performance, implementing strategies for quality,productivity, profitability, and supporting Lean initiatives.

    + Managefinancial and project reporting, including accurate forecasts, job-costtracking, and delivering progress documentation internally and externally.

    What You Bring (requirements)

    + HighSchool Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, orrelated field preferred.

    + Minimum 5years with rotating/reciprocating equipment repairs or manufacturing; 3+ yearsin team leadership and management.

    + Abilityto interpret shop instructions and manufacturing drawings; proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

    + Strongleadership, organizational, prioritization, and project management skills;positive, team-oriented attitude; dependable and adaptable to fast-pacedenvironments.

    + Teachable,humble, receptive to feedback; strong work ethic with commitment to excellenceand quality standards.

    + Capabilityin project planning; occasional overtime to support client outages; ability towork independently with limited supervision.
