Siemens Financial Services –

Commercial Finance is seeking a tech-savvy Digital Underwriting Analyst to join

our Risk Management team. This position blends traditional credit risk

expertise with cutting-edge analytics and automation. You will leverage digital

tools, data-driven insights, and automation technologies to enhance

underwriting processes, improve efficiency, and support informed

decision-making.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do:

+ Analyzeand evaluate financial, operational, and market data to support underwritingdecisions, primarily in small ticket market transactions

+ Utilizedigital platforms and AI-driven tools to automate risk assessment and streamlineworkflows

+ Developand maintain underwriting models, dashboards, and reporting tools.

+ Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to optimize digital workflows and ensure compliancewith regulatory standards

+ Identifytrends, anomalies, and emerging risks through data-driven insights

+ Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformationprojects

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’sdegree in finance, risk management, or related field

+ 3+years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, or financial services

+ Stronganalytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and statistical tools

+ Familiaritywith underwriting platforms and automation technologies

+ Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills

+ Knowledgeof regulatory requirements and compliance standards in underwriting

Preferred Skills

+ Experiencewith machine learning models for risk prediction

+ Understandingof API integrations and digital workflow optimization

+ Abilityto work in agile environments and adapt to evolving technologies
