    The EHS Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

    You will make an impact by:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Training objectives and goals.

    + Lead site EHS Committee, activities, and projects to enable a culture of excellence.

    + Develop and implement EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements as well as supporting inspections/audits.

    + Drive compliance of OSHA 1910 mandated PPE, HAZCOM, fall protection, lockout-tagout, etc. programs.

    + Collaborate with business leaders throughout the organization to develop and implement operations training curriculum.

    + Create training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives.

    + Manage administrative functions necessary to track training completion.

    + Maintain updated internal and external EHS relevant systems requiring timely and accurate data entry, i.e., incident reporting system, safety data sheet application, etc.

    + Triage work-related injuries and illnesses and provide first aid treatment within OSHA guidelines.

    + Deliver First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) training for the onsite first responder team.

    You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

    **Basic Qualifications** :

    + Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, Will accept work experience in place of degree

    + EMT-Basic or Paramedic certification

    + 3-5 years of EMS experience, training and EHS experience

    + Certified First Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Bourne Pathogen Trainer

    + Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization

    + Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001

    + Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations and reporting

    + Working knowledge of and experience with learning management systems

    + Proficient computer skills including Outlook and MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working in a unionized facility

    + Experience providing first aid and emergency response in an industrial or manufacturing setting

    + Familiarity with OSHA first aid requirements and workplace injury triage
